Notifications — Dynamic Indicator Tags

Release date 28 January

This release adds tags to each notification (Academy Workspace > Notifications) that signify if the notification is active or inactive. Hovering over each shows more information. For example, a notification may have the email notification active, but the in-app notification inactive.

Selecting the tag or its row reveals its settings, where the notification can be activated or deactivated.

At the top, all notifications shown on the page can be activated or deactivated by selecting the associated button.

Please note that the Deactivate All and Activate All buttons apply only to the notifications displayed in the current list after a specific filter is applied. Notifications shown under other filters appear in separate lists and require actions to be applied to those lists as well.

An exception to this is with Reminders, as they need to have their settings adjusted individually before activation.

A report can be downloaded by selecting the download button.

The types of notifications can be filtered by selecting the appropriate check boxes.

The report includes the title, category, reminder, email status, in-app status, as well as if the email and in-app had been edited.
