Managing Notifications in Bulk

All notifications can be configured within your academy by navigating to the appropriate pages of the Academy Workspace, where both Academy Notifications and Reminder Notifications are available. To proceed, follow the steps outlined below.

In the left navigation, make sure you are in the Academy Workspace.

In the Academy Workspace, navigate to Notifications and select either Academy or Reminders.

By hovering over the icon displayed to the left of each notification, you can review the status of both the email and in-app notifications.

If both notifications are disabled, the status is shown as Deactivated. If either or both notifications are enabled, the status is displayed as Activated.

At the top-right of the screen, you will find three available buttons: Deactivate All, Activate All, and Download. These buttons are available on both the Academy and Reminder Notifications pages.

Deactivate All: Immediately deactivates all notifications in the list.

Activate All: Immediately activates all notifications in the list.

Download: Allows you to download a report containing all Academy and Reminder notifications. The report includes each notification’s title, category (notification type), a Reminder indicator (Yes/No), email notification status (active or inactive), in-app notification status (active or inactive), and indicators showing whether the email and in-app notifications have been edited.

You can filter the notification types included in the downloaded report by selecting the appropriate checkboxes.

Please note that the Deactivate All and Activate All buttons apply only to the notifications displayed in the current list after a specific filter is applied. Notifications shown under other filters appear in separate lists and require actions to be applied to those lists as well.

Important Note: In the Reminder Notifications page, you may notice that the Activate All button is inactive and not clickable.

This occurs because each reminder notification in the list must have a saved reminder or frequency. To enable the Activate All button, you must first configure reminders for all notifications.
