Academy administrators are able to configure how information is sorted by default for learners when they view their instances of My Training and the resource catalog. Learners can always adjust their view; this setting adjusts the default view only.
When in the Academy Workspace, select Settings.
Select the Training filter on the left, then Default sorting options.
There are three sections — Overview, Catalog, and My Training.
Overview
Overview streams include the following:
- Overdue
- Training in progress
- Upcoming events
- Self-enrolled
Each stream can be sorted by due date, by progress, or alphabetically.
Catalog
Catalog streams include the following:
- Courses
- Learning Paths
- Events
Course and Learning Path streams can be sorted by creation date, update date, priority, or alphabetically. The Event stream can be sorted by either event date or alphabetically.
My Training
My Training streams include the following:
- In progress
- Completed
The In progress stream can be sorted by training type, due date, priority, progress assignment date, or alphabetically. The Completed stream can be sorted by training type, objective type, completion date, priority, or alphabetically.
