Academy admins now get full control over the Overview tab in My Training — what shows up on it, in what order, and whether learners can rearrange it themselves.
The new settings are found in the Academy Workspace > Settings > Training > Overview tab in My Training.
Save after making desired adjustments.
Show or hide the Overview tab — Turn the entire Overview tab on or off for every learner in your academy. Disabling the Overview tab altogether hides the other options listed below. The default tab in My Training, if there is no Overview tab, is the In progress tab.
Choose which streams appear — Turn individual streams on or off using their toggles.
Reorder streams your way — Drag and drop streams, or use the up and down arrows on the right, into the order that works best for your academy.
Lock the order for everyone — Optionally lock your chosen stream order so every learner sees the same layout, or leave it unlocked so learners can set their own.
A cleaner view when there is nothing to show — if none of a learner's visible streams currently have anything to display, the Overview tab now shows a simple message pointing them to their In Progress tab instead of an empty page.
