Editing Micro-Course Cards Using AI

If you have AI enabled in your academy you have several additional options when it comes to creating and editing micro-courses.

Please refer to this article to review how to edit micro-courses manually.

At the top of each card, within the tool bar, you are able to create each card with AI's help (if your academy allows the use of AI tools).

Type in what you'd like AI to provide in the card, select Generate, and it will do its best to provide your request.

Alternatively, simply fill in the blanks, formatting as needed using the editing tools.

If your academy utilizes AI, you can also ask it to shorten, expand, simplify, or polish your content. It can also attempt to convert an existing card to another type.

Adding Images

Selecting Select image allows you to upload an image from your computer. Alternatively, if your academy utilized AI, you can ask AI for an original image.

In the top field, you can give AI instructions or guidelines to follow, then provide a description in the second field. Choose a style from the drop down menu, and generate the image.

The image styles include the following:

  • Photorealistic
  • Flat Illustration
  • 3D Illustration
  • Hand-drawn Line Art

Select up to three variants. Of course, it takes more time the more choices you'd like generated.

Questions

Answer rationale explanations can also be added to questions, providing more insight into why one answer is more correct than the others.
