Users with Reporting permission no longer need to go into the Academy Workspace to reach poll results. A new Polls page in the Team Workspace brings polls and their results together, alongside the rest of your team reporting.
A Polls page in the Team Workspace
Find your polls in one place, filter them by connection (Standalone, Part of course, Part of learning path) and category, sort them, and open results with a single View Results button on each poll card. The three-dot menu also lets you view closed-ended results and export open-ended results.
Access for Reporting users, Admins, Training Managers, and Instructors
The page is available to Admins, Training Managers, users with Reporting permission through their job or a custom role, Course Instructors, and Learning path Instructors. Each person sees the polls their existing permissions allow, so Instructors can follow results for the courses and learning paths they instruct.
A focused Polls page in Training Admin
The Polls page under Training Admin is now reserved for users who can edit polls, and it lists only the polls they can edit. Create poll options match each role, and View Results takes you straight to the poll's results page in the Team Workspace.
