New Team Dashboard — Compare Training

Release date 4 November

Compare Training has a fresh new look inside My Team Dashboard. Reviewing how your different organizational entities are progressing with their various courses, learning paths, and exams should feel familiar from the first click.

Team Workspace > My Team Dashboard > Training

Compare Training

Courses, learning paths, and exams each get their own sub-tab with summary statistics that update as you filter, sorting options, and a card for every item. Each card shows the details you need at a glance, such as enrolled learners and completion rate.

More Ways to Narrow Your View

Filter by category, state, visibility, and compliance objectives, and use the new Featured filter under Preferences to show only promoted items.

Search and sort for specific items.

Unit and Above Unit Views

Open any course, learning path, or exam to see a breakdown by unit, with enrolled learners, average progress, completion rate, average time, and overdue rate (success rate and average score for exams). Switch to the Above unit list to explore your organizational hierarchy, including Above units that have no parent, and expand an Above unit to see the units and Above units connected to it.

Learner Progress Drawer

Open a unit or an Above unit to see every enrolled learner in the new Learner progress drawer. Select the eye icon.

Search by learner name and narrow the list by job, custom fields, due date, progress, enrollment type, and completion date. For exams, see status, attempts, best attempt, score, and points for each learner.

Excel Reports on Every List

Both the Unit list and the Above unit list have an Excel report, enabled by default. The Unit list report reflects any filters you apply.

More Data in Report Builder

The Courses and Learning Path Compare reports in Report Builder now include the Enrolled Users and Average Overdue Rate (%) fields.

The Exams Compare reports in Report Builder also include these two fields.
