Tracking Skills Personal Assessments and Progress

You can keep track of all your Skill Assessments and progress in the Learner Workspace.

In the left navigation, make sure you are in the Learner Workspace.

When in the Team Workspace, select My Team Dashboard and then select Skills.

By Individual Skills

On the Individual Skills tab, you are able to check your assessments and progress for each skill individually.

When a user has been assigned skills based on a Job or based on a direct assignment, they can see the method that has assigned them the skill! If there are multiple assignment methods, the user will see both methods:

  • Required by Job: When a user has been assigned skills based on their job
  • Required by Admin: When a user has been assigned skills based on a direct assignment
  • Optional: When a user has been assigned skills based on
    • a past job (with assessment)
    • a direct assignment in the past that is no longer assigned (with assessment)
    • an unassigned skill that has been assessed

To further examine the skills, you can filter them to only see the required skills or all skills. Once you click on a skill you will be able to see a graph that shows you the skills' progress over time. By clicking the "View Assessments" subtab, you can see all the assessments you have for this skill, check if they are a result of Online Training or Manager Assessment, and also verify the time the assessment was made.

Grouped by Job Skill

On the Group Skill tab, you are able to check your assessments and progress for skills, based on the specific job a skill is connected to. The overall Job Skill strength is calculated based on the skills a job is connected to, and the scores you have for these skills.

Grouped by Date

On the Grouped by Date tab, you are able to check the assessments you received for all skills, depending on the date you received them. Once you click on a date you will be able to see the Assessments you received on that specific date.
