At the top of the gadget, you will find filtering options, including Units and Jobs. Use the corresponding dropdown menus to refine the data displayed in your view.

Specific learning paths can be displayed by selecting the + Select learning paths button located at the top of the gadget. Selecting this button opens a modal window with two tabs: Locked learning paths and Select learning paths. The gadget supports a maximum of six learning paths displayed in total.

In the Locked Learning Paths tab, administrators can designate specific learning paths to appear first in the list of selected learning paths.

The order of locked learning paths can be adjusted by dragging the icon located to the left of the learning path title.

In the Select learning paths tab, you can choose the learning paths that will be displayed immediately after the locked learning paths.

Locked learning paths are indicated by a lock icon next to their title. All other selected learning paths display a delete icon, which can be used to remove them from the tab if needed. You can reorder selected learning paths by dragging the icon located to the left of each learning path title. However, locked learning paths cannot be reordered or removed from the Select learning paths tab.

Note: Locked learning paths are visible in the gadget to all users who have access to the gadget and visibility permissions for the specific learning path. Managers who do not have access to a locked learning path will not be able to view it in the gadget.

After completing your selection, you can review the updated data displayed in the gadget.

Required Roles and Permissions

Managers need reporting permission in order to view and use the Learning Path Status By Learner gadget.

In practice, this means that the user must meet one of the following criteria:

  • Be an Admin

  • Be a Training Manager

  • Have a job that includes reporting permissions

Administrators can view both the Locked learning paths and Select learning paths tabs. Managers, however, can only access the Select learning paths tab, provided they have been granted the appropriate permissions.

Once activated, users with the appropriate Assign Training permissions will see a three-dot (More) menu next to the status of each training item, enabling them to Assign, Unassign, or Reassign training.
