The My Team’s Quick Dashboard gadget is a homepage widget available to Administrators and users with reporting permissions, designed to provide a concise, high-level overview of key workforce training metrics. It enables managers to quickly assess team engagement and performance without navigating through detailed reports.
The dashboard highlights the following core indicators:
- Total Members: Displays the total number of users within the manager’s team.
- Total Time: Shows the cumulative learning time invested by team members.
- Average Completion Rate: Provides the overall average completion percentage across assigned training.
- Compliance Rate: Indicates the percentage of users who are compliant with required training obligations.
Selecting the Go to My Team’s Dashboard option within the gadget redirects you to the Employees Dashboard, where you can review your team’s reporting data in greater detail.
Enabling the My Team's Quick Dashboard Gadget
In the left navigation, make sure you are in the Academy Workspace.
When in the Academy Workspace, select Academy Admin for all Academy Administration options.
Select Configuration and then General.
On the General page, navigate to the Homepage Editor tab.
Select the Admins, Training Managers, and members with management jobs configuration to enable the My Team’s Quick Dashboard gadget, as it is available only to users with management-level permissions.
Then, open the Choose Gadget dropdown menu and select My Team’s Quick Dashboard.
Click Add to save your selection and include the gadget in your configuration.
You may also enable this gadget for the mobile application, if needed. To do so, enable the Show on Mobile App toggle.
Once the gadget is saved, it will appear in users’ Homepage Workspace.
