Creating Goals

When you have enabled goals and have the permissions set up, it is time to create some categories, better known as pillars, and then look into which goal type you want to create.

Personal goals are goals the learner creates for themselves. Team goals are goals a manager creates for one or more members of their team. Organizational goals are goals that work on a organizational or unit level, and can be cascaded in sub-goals down the hierarchy.
