How to track the progress of my employees? [mobile app]

The Reporting Dashboard of your Academy provides very detailed data about your members' training performance. You can get to the dashboard by selecting Admin/ Manage (depending on your role) and then Reporting from your main navigation menu. (Please note that this feature is available only for users with admin rights or managers with the relevant permission enabled)

Your dashboard has eight different tabs to view different types of reports: Employees, Courses, Job Training, Curricula, Exams, Events, and Career Paths.

  • Employees Tab

Under the Employees tab, you can search and view how individuals are doing. Clicking an individual’s name will bring up a list of their associated courses, curricula, exams, events, and on-the-job training

(You have the option to sign off your members’ tasks from this dashboard).

  • Courses Tab

Under the Courses tab, you are able to track progress by course. Click on the Course title to check the progress of the users that are enrolled in the selected course.

  • Job Trainings Tab

You can search for specific On the Job Training, and then track the progress of your members.

Under the Curricula tab, you can track the progress of your employees on specific curricula.

  • Exams Tab

Under the Exams tab, you can track the progress by specific exams. You can click on the exam title to see the details for that specific exam.

  • Events Tab

Under Events, you can track the various learning events that have been set up.

  • Career Paths Tab

Under the Career Paths tab, you can track the skill strength per individual and job.

In case that you are using a tablet, it is recommended to turn it to landscape mode, as the results will be presented in a way that will help you navigate easily and effectively.
