There are many different settings in your Academy, which give you power over things such as which features are available, which roles have permissions for certain actions, and which options show or do not show. See Understanding Your Academy Settings

Adjusting Your Academy's Look

Branding is an important part of each brand, and Schoox allows you some freedom in what your academy looks like. See Customizing Your Academy's Look.

Setting Up Terms and Conditions

If as an admin, you want to set up terms and conditions for your users, you can do this under the Academy Panel. See Setting Terms of Use for Your Academy.

Your Academy Resources

Your Resources is a place to store and share content. From SCORM lectures to PDF's, from interesting websites to videos; this is where your resources live. You can use categories to organize it, and use those set up permissions on who can view or make changes to it.

Publishing and Assigning Courses and Learning Paths

After you have created a course or curricula, you now need to assign it to users. Do you want it visible for everyone, with free enrollment? Do you want to keep it private, and only make it available for people who got assigned the training? This video helps you learn how to publish and assign training. See Assigning Training.

Additional Course Functionality

You can bundle multiple courses together to create a longer lesson plan, also known as a learning path.

You can read more about this in: Understanding Learning Paths, Creating a Learning Path, Managing a Curriculum's Courses, Learning Path Settings, Assigning Learning Paths to Team Members and Assigning Multilanguage Learning Paths.
